Gilbert sits just northwest of our San Tan Valley base, and most yards we design here are walled and rectangular, sized for a family. The pool shares that lot with a patio, a grill, grass for the kids and the path to the side gate, so good design here means fitting it all in without crowding.
Every new pool needs a Town of Gilbert permit, and Development Services handles pool and spa permits through its One Stop Shop. The Town's code sets the enclosure too: walls or fencing five to six feet tall with self-closing, self-latching gates. If you are in an HOA, we prepare its review package alongside the permit.

Often, yes. The Hidden Jewel is a Gilbert remodel that changed the whole yard. It depends on the shell, the plumbing and how far the layout moves, which we check on site.
Permits and engineering usually take two to four weeks, then construction runs eight to fourteen weeks with weekly updates. You get a schedule for your own yard once the design is set.
Scope sets the number. Refreshing an existing pool sits at the lower end, and a new pool with a spa, lighting and an outdoor kitchen sits much higher. Your 3D proposal gives a real figure, and financing is available.
