Pool and Landscape Care, Done Like We Built It

Weekly and bi-weekly service, equipment repair and seasonal care that keep your pool, spa and landscape pristine year-round, so the yard is ready when you are.

Maintenance

A Luxury Pool Deserves Luxury Care

Our maintenance team keeps your water balanced, your equipment running and your surfaces clean, with the same attention to detail we bring to a new build.

Regular service covers the basics done properly: testing and balancing chemistry, skimming and brushing, emptying baskets, checking the equipment and keeping the waterline clean. Because Valley water is hard and our summers are long, consistent chemistry is what protects your finish, tile and equipment from scale and early wear.

Beyond the routine visit, we handle filter cleaning and media changes, tile and surface care, equipment diagnostics and repair, and automation and leak diagnostics. The goal is to catch small problems while they are still small.

Landscape care keeps the rest of the yard on track: irrigation checks, seasonal pruning, weed control after monsoon rains and turf and gravel upkeep. For storm season, keep our monsoon pool recovery checklist handy.

What Care Covers

Every Visit, Every Season

01

Water chemistry

Testing and balancing sanitizer, pH, alkalinity and calcium hardness, the numbers that protect your finish and equipment.

02

Cleaning

Skimming, brushing, vacuuming as needed and emptying baskets, so debris never has time to stain.

03

Filters

Cartridge cleaning and media changes on a schedule that matches how hard the pool works each season.

04

Equipment

Pumps, heaters, valves and automation checked for leaks, noise and error codes, with repairs when needed.

05

Tile and surfaces

Calcium cleared from the waterline before it hardens, and surfaces watched for staining or wear.

06

Landscape

Irrigation checks, pruning, weed control and turf care that keep planting healthy around the pool.

Built for Arizona

Care Through Every Arizona Season

Each season brings a different job for a Valley pool and landscape.

Summer

Heat and heavy use

Hot water and busy weekends burn through sanitizer, and algae can bloom fast. Longer pump run times and closer chemistry checks keep the water clear through July and August.

Monsoon

After the storm

Dust storms and downpours load the pool with debris and knock chemistry off balance. A post-storm cleanup, filter cleaning and rebalancing bring it back quickly.

Winter

Freeze protection

Cold nights are few but real. Automation with freeze protection runs the pump when temperatures drop, and we check those settings before winter.

Hard water

Scale control

Calcium-rich fill water and evaporation push hardness up over time. Keeping it in range and cleaning the waterline prevents crusty scale. Read our hard water guide.

Maintenance FAQ

Questions About Pool Care

How often should a pool be serviced in Arizona?

Weekly service suits most pools, especially in summer when heat and use push chemistry around quickly. Some lightly used pools do well on a bi-weekly schedule in cooler months. We recommend a schedule after seeing your pool.

How often should my pool filter be cleaned?

It depends on the filter type, the pool size and the season. Filters load up fastest in summer and after monsoon storms, so cleaning follows a schedule with extra attention after major storms.

What causes the white line on my pool tile?

Usually calcium scale, left behind as hard Valley water evaporates. Keeping calcium hardness and pH in range slows it down, and regular cleaning removes it before it hardens. Heavy buildup may need professional removal.

What should I do with my pool after a monsoon storm?

Remove large debris, empty the baskets, run the pump and check chemistry. Heavy dust may call for a filter cleaning, and green or cloudy water is a good time to call us. Our recovery checklist walks through each step.

Do you maintain landscapes as well as pools?

Yes. Landscape care covers irrigation checks, pruning, weed control and turf and gravel upkeep, and it can be paired with pool service so one team looks after the whole yard.
